What is a Hose Audit?

A hydraulic hose audit is a full visual and systemised check of your fleet’s hose condition. Our technicians will:

• Complete preventative repairs on the spot, or schedule them
• Inspect all hydraulic hoses across your equipment
• Record hose condition and identify damage, wear or risk
• Provide a detailed report outlining what needs replacing and when

We recommend inspecting hydraulic hoses every three months or after 400–600 hours of operation.
